Policy Agreement
Thank you for choosing Kimberly Green Photography. The following policies ensure a smooth and professional experience for every client.
Retainer & Booking
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date and time. Sessions are not confirmed until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance must be paid prior to image editing and gallery delivery.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of photography services, all payments made to Kimberly Green Photography are non-refundable. Once a session has been booked and services have been rendered, refunds are not available.
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Availability for rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to the photographer’s calendar.
Late Arrival
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Clients arriving late will receive the remaining time of their scheduled session.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without communication may not be eligible to book future sessions.
Weather
Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe or unfavorable weather conditions at the photographer’s discretion.
In-Home Studio Setup
A flat $75 fee applies to sessions requiring a professional studio setup inside the client’s home or another private location. This fee covers transporting the photography equipment, setting it up, and breaking it down after the session.
The client must provide a cleared hard-floor area larger than 8 feet by 8 feet. The space must be clean, safe, accessible, and ready before the photographer arrives.
The following additional fees may apply:
- Stair-only access: $30
- Furniture arrangement: $30
The furniture-arrangement fee applies when the photographer must move furniture or other items to create a safe and usable studio area. These charges are separate from the session price, studio setup fee, and applicable travel fees.
Image Delivery
Final galleries are delivered within up to 15 days unless otherwise stated. Clients will receive a curated gallery of professionally edited images.
Artistic Editing
All images are edited in the photographer’s signature style. Additional retouching requests beyond the included edits may incur an additional fee.
RAW Image Policy
RAW or unedited images are not available for delivery under any circumstances.
Copyright & Usage
All images remain the copyright and intellectual property of Kimberly Green Photography. Images may be used for portfolio display, marketing, and social media unless otherwise requested by the client.
Travel
Sessions requiring travel beyond 30 miles roundtrip may incur a travel fee.
